I have requested a holiday using your site, how do I obtain my hotel vouchers?
After you have requested a quotation for holiday true our website and you have made the payment you must receive the confirmation E-mail. Your women need due to passport control regulation a voucher for the hotel as well, our local office will send this to her with all her other instructions. You will receive as well all documents by mail.
I haven't received my confirmation email yet?
Your confirmation email is sent short after the time of making your payment. If you haven't received it there is a good chance it may have been wrongly identified as spam (especially Hotmail addresses). Please check your junk or spam folder first before contacting us. Please note that after receiving your payment we general check all details ones again to be sure all accommodation and travel details are correctly. The longer you wait between receiving our quotation and making your payment there is a risk that flight are fully booked and accommodations as well. In this case our office will contact you to re-confirm or look for different possibilities. Be sure that our office is always in contact with your women to avoid misunderstandings, we do our best to make sure she really understands the details of the trip others you will NOT receive our quotation. “That’s other reason sometimes it can take some time, if we can't reach your women.
I've booked flights using your site, when will I receive my tickets?
Datingstars takes full care of the ticket of your Lady and all she need to reach her final destination you going to share with her. In your Trip is standard NOT included YOUR
Ticket, you have to book this by your local agency. Between Istanbul and Antalya there are many flights daily. If you decide to let your ticket served by Datingstars Team they make sure to find you the best connection.
If I've reserved a hotel using your site, am I able to amend it later?
Sorry but changing confirmed bookings is not possible in our system, reason is, we book and coordinate all details of your Lady, many times she has to come from other connection flight or transport and to be sure she will show up, we book and confirm all as soon we receive your payment. That’s why we do not allow changing the schedule. If later something happens this is a life change, as our organization try's to avoid any reason that your Lady will not come. That’s why we have to be strict with this to guaranty you that she will be present and you start your unforgettable holiday.
How will my lady receive her ticket and travel document?
Datingstars has partner office all over the country that will take care personal over the travel of your Lady. She will get her ticket, train, bus fees for local transport or if needed a local ticket for local flight to her international flight from our local office. How she travels is mentioned in your “QUOTE” form. That she travels with the right documents we look after. As well she will have her Voucher for the hotel and return tickets to show to Turkish authority and cash we advise you to give her for this trip in hand, as well the cash she receives from our local office if “NEEDED” She can buy her visa at entrance Turkish airport and she has information documents from us in her own language how to deal with this. We take care and follow her trip and in any case something goes wrong we have local staff as well in Ukraine as in Turkey to assist her.
My Lady has no international passport she says, what can I do?
Many Ladies in Ukraine and Russia did not travel international before, means she has to apply for a International passport. We advise you “NEVER” deal with this yourself. Our office deals with this problem and checks the cost of her international passport. During your quotation request we contact your lady, if she registers in our site and admit for holiday dating we always ask if she has a passport to travel. If not we can advise you the cost of the passport and you can transfer this fee to us. We will guaranty you that this money is really used for HER Passport and nothing ells. Our local office charge a small fee for the work they have to do, as our office crew will deal with this and visit with her the passport authority but all will be clear and confirmed before any steps are made.
What if my lady will not come and show up?
All Lady’s in our dating site are personal registered or interviewed by our local office when she admits Holiday dating. All of them have to come personal for the interview and as well receive a brochure about our “Holiday dating service” That you already have a good conversation not only by writing but as well with phone calls and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us. In case problems show up our professional staff will discuss the problems and try to solve them, if this happens mostly if this happens because of misunderstandings in the language and mentality. If I like to pay my holiday by bank transfer is this possible?
Yes you can pay your holiday by bank transfer to our bank of our head office in the Netherlands. For holiday dates we accept only confirmed bank transfers received at our account before we can book your trip.
How do I know your site is secure?

How do I order a holiday through your site?

Are flight meals included?
Low cost airlines do not offer the ability to pre-book meals instead they operate a snack trolley midflight for you to purchase food. Some charter airlines do, if your women fly's with a regular airline mostly Turkish airlines due to low season the do offer food free of charge during the trip. Charter airlines do sometimes offer but this depending on the airline company.
Do I need a passport to fly?
Yes, please ensure you take your passport (Turkey is outside the EEC) keep this during the trip with you. It is vital to ensure you are allowed to make your journey. We of course check with your Lady that she has valid passport to travel.
Flight arrival times are given as "TBC", what does this mean?
Flight arrival times are "To Be Confirmed". The tour operator has not confirmed its arrival slots at this time; however these will be confirmed when you receive your tickets. It can happen that charter airlines change schedules and create delays we understand the inconveniences from that but this is out of our hands and thank you for your understanding in this case.
What can I take on board the aircraft?

What is the baggage/luggage allowance I have on my flight?
You can find full details of baggage and luggage weights, along with any extras that can be added on your ticket and mostly at internet.

No sorry this is not possible; we only accept full paid holidays by moment you receive our confirmation.
What is 3DSecure?
3D Secure is a new method that the banks have introduced to reduce fraud. By asking you to specify a password, that only you and the bank should know, the bank is ensuring that it's definitely you making the booking.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners and other internet payment methods, however, for holiday dating bookings we accept only Bank transfer payments.
Are flights included in the prices?
Yes for your Lady any flight she has to take and back to her home is included. NOT in your situation, you have the flexibility and or book yourself the ticket(s) as most of our customers prefer to find a flight flying from different destinations. Of course after confirmation of the trip our office can help you. If your wish is to let Datingstars book your ticket you can mention this on the quote form and then your ticket is include as well in the trip.
Are prices per person or is that the total price?
The price and details you find in our quotation, you can be sure that each detail if trip of your Lady as well accommodation booked with one or two rooms is included. If the hotel – resort is all-inclusive it is mentioned on the quotation as well. The only think we NEVER include is your Ticket.
Are transfers included in the price?
Yes, transfers are always included in the price.
